🔄 Return & Refund Policy

At Yopray, we want every purchase to be joyful, meaningful, and worry-free. If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to make things right.


1. Returns

📅 Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

📦 Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and unwashed

  • Be returned in its original packaging

  • Not be a custom-made or “final sale” item

❗ Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Clearance or discounted “final sale” items

  • Items damaged through misuse or not in original condition


2. Exchanges

If you received the wrong size or color and the item is unused, we’re happy to offer a one-time exchange. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

💡 Please Note

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • For partial returns, only the returned item(s) will be refunded


4. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at business@yopray.com with:

  1. Your order number

  2. The reason for the return or exchange

  3. A photo of the item (if applicable for damage/defect)

We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at business@yopray.com within 48 hours of receiving the package. Include a clear photo and description, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
